Please contact liza@lizabethjewelry.com for any other shipping inquiries.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note the measurements for each item on its respective product page before purchasing. If you purchase a Liza Beth item from an outside retailer and want to return or exchange it, please contact the original retailer as Liza Beth Jewelry is only responsible for items purchased through lizabethjewelry.com.

You may make an exchange or receive a credit for your purchase within 7 days of receipt. There are no refunds and no exceptions. Any item you have special ordered is not returnable.

All jewelry is subject to a quality control inspection, if the piece is damaged in any way we reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange.

Once the return is accepted and processed we will credit your original form of payment, less shipping.

In the event that your purchase is damaged in transit, please take a photo immediately and send it to liza@lizabethjewelry.com and we will be in touch immediately to talk through next steps.

If you buy a gift for someone and they would like to exchange it, we offer that option up to 7 days after receipt. Email us at liza@lizabethjewelry.com and we will help with that. Gifts can only be exchanged once.

Repairs

Repairs can be facilitated by emailing liza@lizabethjewelry.com. Repair fees start at $30 and have a lead time of 2-4 weeks. The customer maintains responsibility of the jewelry during the entirety of the repair process.
